Basketball Season

Alyssa wanted to play basketball this year.  She has never done it before, so we signed her up for rec ball.  Her division consisted of first and second graders.  Unfortunately they had a loosing streak, but she enjoyed it.  There was one other girl on her team.  Alyssa learned early on that "boys don't pass to girls".  Their high scoring game was 12 points, low scoring was 2.  She played every Saturday for 6 weeks.  Tyler has a job reffing, so he was able to ref some of her games.  Alyssa said she would do it again next winter.
